Recycling through licensed partners — with evidence for you
Whatever has no second lifecycle left is sent for material recovery: sorted by fraction, through licensed disposal partners, with transfer and disposal evidence that flows back to you.
- Reuse before recycling
- Sorted by fraction
- Evidence documented
Our focus sits before the bin
The most valuable part of the lifecycle is where devices are still products: erasure, reuse and remarketing. That's what our process is built around. Only what genuinely cannot go that route is treated as WEEE.
For that part we work with licensed collection and treatment facilities. They take the fractions, run the treatment and issue the evidence. We organise the handover, document it, and consolidate all records so you have one contact and one document trail.
Fixed rule: no device and no storage medium enters recovery before erasure or documented destruction — even for visibly worthless equipment.
What you receive
- Transfer and disposal evidence from licensed facilities
- On request, the list of partner facilities and their permits
- Erasure certificate or destruction record for every storage medium, before recovery
- Quantities and fractions evaluated for your ESG reporting
Order of priority
The waste hierarchy, applied to IT
Whole-device reuse
Erased, tested, refurbished and back in use — via remarketing or employee purchase. The best route environmentally and economically.
Component reuse
We harvest working parts from devices that can't be remarketed whole: RAM, storage, power supplies, displays, keyboards.
Material recovery
Fraction-sorted transfer through licensed facilities: metals, plastics, PCBs, cables, batteries.
Proper disposal
Only for residues with no recovery value — documented and only through licensed facilities.
Legal framework
The rules that matter
Electronic waste is tightly regulated across Austria and the EU. What matters for you as the disposing company is that handover goes to a licensed facility and that you can prove it.
The most common failure point
A retired device is handed over as waste without the storage medium being treated first. That sends personal data out of the company through a process built for material value, not data protection — and the controller stays liable. Our order is fixed: erase or destroy storage first, log it, only then recover.
