Security starts before the first drive
The biggest gap in many ITAD projects sits between "device no longer used" and "device logged at the provider". During that time, laptops sit in storage rooms and change hands. That's why we start early: with lockable containers and a protocol that applies from the moment of handover.

Disassembly and packing by us
On request we handle disassembly: dismounting workstations, separating displays and docks, decabling racks and removing servers — freeing up your IT team exactly when your rollout already needs the capacity.
Handover that holds up
At collection, item counts or container numbers are agreed together, containers are locked, and both sides sign the protocol. At goods receipt we recount and confirm arrival. Discrepancies are reported the same day.

Direct run
No transfer points, no consolidated freight: the load goes straight from your site to our receiving area. Standard for sensitive stock.
Witnessed handover
On request with a four-eyes principle: handover in the presence of your security or IT staff, countersigned protocol, optional photo documentation.
Staged plan for site closures
For relocations and closures we plan time slots, loading zones and stages in advance, coordinated with facility management.
Coverage
From Klosterneuburg across Austria and the EU
Our base is near Vienna. Collections in Vienna and Lower Austria are scheduled quickly; the rest of Austria via planned collection runs. For groups with sites in Germany and the EU we consolidate multiple locations into one project with one set of documentation.
Cross-border, done properly
Different rules apply depending on classification: working devices heading to reuse are products; retired devices are waste and follow stricter rules. We classify upfront and involve our licensed partners for waste transports.
Checklist
How to prepare a collection well
- Gather devices at an accessible collection point, sorted by type if possible
- Include chargers and docking stations — they significantly raise resale value
- Deregister devices from your MDM and vendor accounts (activation lock, Autopilot, Apple Business Manager)
- Provide or remove BIOS and boot passwords
- Share your asset list as Excel or CSV if you want a reconciliation
- Name loading zone, lift dimensions, access cards and contacts
